DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

Inkeeze is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been delivered by the courier. Once the order has been picked up by the courier and a tracking number has been provided, it is the responsibility of the buyer to track the order. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We recommend you choose to have your order shipped with a, "Require Signature" selected for a secure delivery of your order and package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For international shipments, all duties, fees, licenses, taxes, and adherence to local laws, regulations and customs, and any other such international issues are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you do not see your country in our shipping options, please contact us for special arrangements.

Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO). Please provide a physical address for shipping.
